All sales are final - no cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges. Exchanges are only accepted if an item is received defective or damaged as noted below.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, (A) I will feel terrible, although this sometimes happens due to the nature of being handcrafted, (B) Please send an email to email@example.com to advise of the defective or damaged item, (C) I will then let you know if the item is eligible to be repaired or exchanged, and (D) if eligible for repair or exchange, I will repair and/or exchange it for the same item as quickly as possible.
To exchange your product (if eligible), you should mail your product to: LDMRKS™ P.O. Box 93167 Cleveland, Ohio US 44101.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item except in cases of exchange as mentioned above. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a reasonable period of time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
